How to reach us from Dortmund Airport

Dortmund is a city in the vicinity of Bochum; to arrive in Dortmund has the advantage of a short journey, although you first have to take the bus from Dortmund airport to Dortmund main station (20 minutes) and then take the train to Bochum main station (10-20 minutes), because there is no direct connection from Dortmund airport to Bochum. Here is the procedure if you arrive in Dortmund:

• take the shuttle bus (the correct name is AirportExpress) to Dortmund main station
• take the train to Bochum main station. This train is operating regularly.
