Arrival

Presentation
All lecture halls are equipped with beamers, PCs or Laptops, overhead projectors and CD-players. Presentations should be uploaded beforehand. More information will be available beginning this year.

Poster
The poster session takes place on Thursday, March 19, 2009 from 14:00 to 16:00 in the foyer of the Audimax. Posters can be displayed from Tuesday on. Please bring tape to attach it.
Paper size: DIN A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) portrait.

Communication
WLAN access will be available in specific areas. Additionally, several PCs will be available for email and internet applications.

Catering
Lunch will be available within the Mensa on the campus. Additionally, you can find close to the campus a small shopping centre (UNI CENTER) with different possibilities for snacks and restaurants. There are also several cafeterias on the campus (http://www.akafoe.de/gastronomie/index-lang-en.html).

Child care
If you have needs for child care please contact the local conference organization as early as possible. We will try to arrange a child care to be paid by you.

Conference ticket
During registration at the conference desk you will receive a conference ticket for the public transportation price level B (Bochum fare region 36)
